Midflip feels like its aiming to be a long-form social media vs. short-form Twitter and threads... unfortunately long-form doesn't have mass appeal.

True... for now. We want to combine the more appealing aspects of short-form with more detailed discussions. We are working on a new design iteration for this particularly. All things start out small.
