I changed the GEM style a bit and i think it helped. I added “

• Limit cautious language

• sound confident

• Never use more than one adverb.

• Keep language choice simple.

• Speak directly to the audience use the words “we, you, and/or I”

• Sound natural and refer to yourself, “I have found…””
