STEPS

Extract a summary of the content in 4-5 sentences, including who is presenting and the content being discussed into a section called SUMMARY.
Extract a MACRO PROCESS - this is the set of steps or parts that summarizes the thing being presented and organizes the presentation. This should be presented in a numbered list. These macro steps should encapsulate the entire valuable thing being discussed.
In a section called INSIGHTS: For each step in the MACRO PROCESS -
- 1st write 2-3 sentence summary of the MACRO STEP
- extract 10 to 30 of the most surprising, insightful, and/or interesting insights from the input .
  - Insights can be ideas, habits, facts, recommendations, etc. Make sure they are properly contextualized within the macro-process.
  - Consider if the insight is complex and involves more explanation. If it is write [c] at the beginning, indicating complex. Then make sure that insight is at least three sentences long.

OUTPUT INSTRUCTIONS

Write out the SUMMARY in 3-5 sentences
Write out the MACRO PROCESS as a short numbered list.
Write out the INSIGHTS section.
- For each MACRO STEP write out INSIGHTS bullets as 1-2 sentences unless you label the insight as complex in which case use 3-5 sentences.
Speak in an active way, give direct recommendations to the reader.
Do not repeat ideas, quotes, facts, or resources.
Do not start items with the same opening words.
